GIGABYTE unveiled BRIX Extreme Mini Console with 12-Core 12-Gen Core Processor

Gigabyte announced the launch of the 2022 BRIX Extreme mini-host, equipped with 12th generation Core mobile processors. Gigabyte said that the new BRIX is equipped with the latest 12th generation Intel Core processor, providing excellent computing performance, featuring four-screen output, including HDMI 2.1, USB4, 2.5G, and other interfaces, as well as the latest WiFi 6E configuration.

Moreover, Gigabyte’s new BRIX Extreme measures 44 x 134 x 139 mm, is equipped with a 12th-generation Core processor, can be selected up to a 12-core model, supports the installation of DDR4-3200 notebook memory, and can also install PCIe 4.0 SSD and 2.5 inches hard disk.

Officially, the new 2022 BRIX Extreme runs at less than 20dB and emits only 30dB of ultra-low noise even under heavy load. In addition, the 12th Gen Core processor can also enable boost mode (TDP up to 45W), and the noise level is only 35dB. Gigabyte says the 2022 BRIX Extreme mini console will be available in the second quarter.
