According to the revelations, NVIDIA’s latest AD102 and the current GA102 GPU are compatible on the pin interface, and NVIDIA is testing the new AD102 GPU on the RTX 3090 Ti platform.

The public PCB design of AD102 GPU shows that the GPU power supply reaches 24 phases, and the memory power supply is 4 phases. This GPU can reach 600W TDP and uses the latest 16pin 12VHPWR interface, which has been announced in Intel’s latest ATX 3.0 power supply standard.

Moreover, earlier than it was reported that the upcoming RTX 3090 Ti also uses a 16pin 12VHPWR interface and comes with a 3*8 pin to 12VHPWR cable. According to the source, the RTX 4090 graphics card has higher power requirements and may require a 4*8 pin to 12VHPWR cable.

Furthermore, ATX 3.0 power supplies with a native 12VHPWR interface will also be launched. It is expected that various power supply manufacturers will complete the distribution of ATX 3.0 power supplies when the RTX 40 series graphics cards are launched.
