FSP said that FSP Hydro G PRO 850W / 1000W series and Hydro PTM PRO 850W / 1000W / 1200W series power supplies are equipped with PCIe 5.0 CEM (12VHPWR) interface and corresponding 12+4-pin cable, which can supply 600W of power to graphics cards, which is very suitable for the newest power GPU on the market.
In addition, FSP announced that the upgraded power supply will have a clear visual label on its packaging, making it easier for users to purchase the new standard power supply.
Moreover, Intel released the ATX 3.0 and ATX12VO 2.0 power standards not long ago. The new specification adds a 12VHPWR connector that will power future PCIe 5.0 graphics cards, which can provide up to 600 watts of power directly to any PCIe 5.0 plug-in.
