GPD officially unveiled WIN Max 2, world’s first 12th-generation Core handheld

The GPD handheld official announced the new WIN Max 2 handheld, and attached an outline drawing, saying that it will launch the 12th-generation Core on the handheld.

At present, the official release time of this handheld has not been announced. According to reports, WIN Max 2 is slightly larger than the previous generation, with a 10.1-inch screen, optional 1920 × 1200 and 2560 × 1600 resolutions, a 12th-generation Core i7-1280P processor, optional 16/32GB memory, equipped with two M.2 NVMe 2280 slot, both support PICe Gen 4 SSD.

In terms of design, the screen of WIN Max 2 adopts an ultra-narrow frame design; the joystick is still a sunken design, using an innovatively designed Hall joystick; the shoulder key uses a linear trigger button, dual vibration motors; supports gravity-sensing gyroscopes, 3+3 six-axis design; inherit the full keyboard design of WIN Max.

Moreover, the official also stated that WIN Max 2 is not only a handheld gaming notebook but also a powerful office notebook. Earlier that Onehaoben has officially announced that it will hold a spring new product launch conference on March 29, and will release the first handheld product equipped with a 12th-generation Core processor.
