US FCC includes China Telecom and China Mobile on the security risk list
According to the Financial Associated Press, the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) included China Telecom and China Mobile on the list of communication equipment and services that pose a threat to US national security.

It is understood that there are currently 8 companies on the list. AO Kaspersky Lab, China Mobile International USA Inc., China Telecom (Americas) Corp, including Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, and Dahua shares that were listed on March 12 last year.
It is reported that according to the FCC law issued in 2019 to protect the security of the US communication network, the companies on the list are determined to pose a threat to the national communication security of the United States.
Last June, the FCC voted to pass a ban on the use of equipment from listed companies on U.S. telecommunications networks. Whereas last October, the U.S. Senate asked the FCC not to issue new equipment licenses to companies already on the list.
