Moreover, Ming-Chi Kuo said: “Shanghai’s blockade does not affect iPhone SE production. However, demand for the new iPhone SE is lower than expected (delivery status of “in stock” is one evidence), and I forecast its 2022 shipments. Estimated reduction to 15-20 million (previously 25-30 million).”

It is worth mentioning that Nikkei reported earlier that sources said that Apple will cut production of iPhone and AirPods due to the decline in demand for consumer electronics due to the uncertainty of the conflict in Ukraine and looming inflation. It plans to cut production of the iPhone SE next quarter by 20% from the original plan.

Furthermore, Apple released the 2022 iPhone SE 5G mobile phone on March 9. The device is equipped with an A15 Bionic chip, supports 5G, and starts at USD 548.
