Moreover, the i9-12900KS reportedly scored 44,439 points in Fire Strike, 44,497 points in Fire Strike Extreme, 41,525 points in Fire Strike Ultra, 20,263 points in Time Spy, and 9,816 points in Time Spy Extreme.

Furthermore, the sources compared the i9-12900KS score with their own measured i9-12900K CPU running score, saying that there is a maximum performance improvement of 15%, and an average of 6% improvement for different tests items.

The basic power consumption of this processor is 150W, which is 25W higher than that of the i9-12900K, and the maximum turbo power consumption is 241W, which is the same as the i9-12900K.
