Lithography giant ASML will expand new production line in Singapore
Lithography machine giant ASML announced at the opening ceremony of a factory in Singapore that it will build a second manufacturing workshop in the factory, which is expected to be put into production in early 2023.

The expanded plant will triple the company’s capacity in Singapore and double its global capacity. ASML is one of the world’s leading technology companies and a major player in the global semiconductor value chain. The technology and machines designed here help produce chips in Singapore, South Korea, and the United States.
Over the past decade, ASML has sold about 140 EUV lithography machines, and each system now costs as much as $200 million. The price of its new generation of high numerical aperture (High NA) lithography machine will exceed 300 million US dollars.
