According to the latest report, Apple announced today that it will announce it’s fiscal 2022 Q2 fiscal quarter (first natural quarter) earnings results on Thursday, April 28.
The earnings report and subsequent conference call will give us a glimpse into the company’s operations between late December and March, which is typically a slack season after Apple’s holiday quarter. Apple launched the new iPhone SE 3 5G, iPad Air 5, Mac Studio, and Studio Display in March this year.

Last quarter, Apple’s revenue hit a record $123.95 billion, up 11% year over year. The company reported a profit of $34.6 billion and earnings per share of $2.10. Notably, Apple itself has warned that it will be negatively impacted by supply constraints in the holiday quarter, but it appears to have weathered the storm well.
Moreover, Apple which reported revenue of $89.6 billion in the year-ago quarter, did not provide guidance for the quarter due to continued uncertainty from the global pandemic crisis and chip shortages.
Apple CFO Luca Maestri said in January that “customer response to our recently launched new products and services has been overwhelming, driving double-digit revenue and earnings growth”.
