Apple rolling out 15.4.1 software update for HomePod and HomePod mini

In addition to iOS 15.4.1 and iPad OS 15.4.1, Apple today also released a 15.4.1 software update designed for HomePod and HomePod mini, which is also two weeks away from the release of version 15.4. This update includes bug fixes for HomePod.

According to Apple’s release notes, the HomePod 15.4.1 update addresses “some Homekit-enabled accessories that may not respond when controlled via Siri”.

Moreover, HomePod understands that HomePod software updates will automatically install on HomePod for you unless the update feature is disabled, but you can also manually update in the Home app by following our HomePod update method instructions.
