According to Apple, the update includes bug fixes and security updates. You can now download updates via the companion Apple Watch app on your iPhone, and of course, you can upgrade your system on your Apple Watch via Settings > General > Software Update.
Before the system upgrade, you also need to ensure that the watch needs is more than 50% charged and connected to the charger, and like most Apple Watch updates, this update may take 30 minutes to an hour to complete.
Of course, due to the cache configuration of Apple’s regional node servers, there may be a slight delay in the detection of the upgrade update in some places, but it is generally within half an hour, not too long.
