Previously, digital blogger Digital Chat Station said that Huawei’s flagship product line should be the next iteration of the large-screen folding Mate X3, and then the Mate 50 series. It is said that Huawei Mate X3 will have a built-in 4500mAh battery and support 66W wired fast charging.

Moreover, the revealer revealed that the Huawei Mate X3 device is equipped with the HiSilicon Kirin 9000 4G chip. All screens use a high-brush screen, still, an internal folding solution, equipped with a 4500mAh battery, and pre-installed with the new features of HarmonyOS 2.0.1, there may be changes in the production version.

He said that although the device is currently testing the Kirin 9000 platform, he does not know if the Qualcomm platform will be used in mass production. There are other reports that the Huawei Mate X3 folding screen will return to the “outside folding” and use a punch-hole design on the right side.

Furthermore, Huawei released the Mate X2 equipped with Kirin 9000 in February last year. Both screens support a 90Hz refresh rate. Later, it launched the Mate X2 4G version, the plain leather collector’s edition, the Spring Festival limited edition, and so on. The hinge of the folding screen has been greatly upgraded.

It is reported that Huawei Mate X2 has introduced super-strength steel material, which can resist impact without deformation. In addition, carbon fiber composite material is added to ensure high strength while ensuring lightness. There are also hidden opening and closing designs on both sides of the hinge, which can prevent foreign objects from entering and prevent screen damage.
