Moreover, NASA and Roscosmos have been the two largest partners of the International Space Station for the past 30 years. The two agencies previously agreed to collaborate on the International Space Station project until 2024.

But at the end of last year, the United States announced that it would extend the International Space Station project to 2030, and Russia has not yet formally agreed to the extension.

Earlier, Roscosmos had sent written requests to NASA and the European Space Agency to lift illegal sanctions against the group. According to Rogozin, the deadline for responses is March 31, after which the group should decide how to work with partners.
