‘Ark 2’ game will be built using Unreal 5 engine

The official said that more information about the new work will be announced in the near future. Ark 2 is scheduled to launch in 2022. Earlier that Epic Games announced that the official version of Unreal Engine 5 is now available for download.

At the press conference, developer Crystal Dynamics confirmed that a new Tomb Raider game (expected to be Tomb Raider 12) is in development and will be built using Unreal 5. CD Projekt RED’s next The Witcher game (expected to be The Witcher 4) will also switch from its own REDEngine to Unreal 5.
