According to Weibo blogger @Digital Chat Station, the new generation of Snapdragon 7 platform adopts a 4nm process, and the specific parameters include 4*A710+4*A510, large core 2.36GHz, small core 1.8GHz, Adreno 662 GPU.

At present, it is a software test parameter, the process is uncertain, but the high probability is Samsung. It is for reference only and does not represent the official specification. OPPO, Vivo, Honor, and Xiaomi new devices are scheduled.

Moreover, the blogger previously stated that the Snapdragon 7 series chips cannot compete with the Snapdragon 870, and the positioning of the mid-range chips is different from the positioning of the Dimensity 8000 series.

Previously, the Snapdragon 7 series chip used by most mid-range mobile phones was the Snapdragon 778G, and the Snapdragon 778G used a 6nm process.
