Sony may launch new FE 24-105mm F4 lens this year

According to the latest report, Sony’s new lens, the new FE 24-105 F4 lens is expected to be released this year. There are no detailed specifications for the new product yet.

Moreover, Sony’s current FE 24-105mm F4 G OSS was released on October 24, 2017, and is currently priced at USD 1351 on Sony’s official website. Officially, this full-frame standard zoom Sony G lens covers the focal length from the 24mm wide-angle end to the 105mm mid-telephoto focal length.

Earlier, the sources reported that Sony will release the FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II lens this month. The new product will be optimized in terms of weight and volume, and other specifications are unknown.

Besides, Sony’s current FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM is priced at USD 2357. The size of this lens is 87.6 x 136mm and the weight is 886g. It is expected that the new model will be smaller and lighter.
