The overall operation is simple Obviously, players in need can try to lift the ban through the above methods. Tencent Game Security Center stated that since the launch of the theft complaint, login protection, and remote login scheme, it has gradually covered more than 80% of the historical theft complaints, and more than half of the Cfer complaints were successful, and the account unblocked.

At present, the level of daily stolen complaints has dropped by 60% as a whole, and the overall stolen complaint function is running smoothly. It should be noted that the theft appeal function is currently only available for players who have been banned after January 1, 2020, and the appeal time range will be gradually opened in the future.
