‘Cross Fire’ game released new theft complaint function
Tencent Game Security Center announced that “Cross Fire” has gone through several years in the company of CFers. In order to provide a fairer gaming experience, the CF security operation team recently launched a new theft complaint function on the WeChat public account.
According to reports, the new function will not only insist on the high-pressure crackdown on major plug-in software and maintain the fairness of the game for the majority of players and users, but also protect the rights of some Cfers who have been banned from opening plug-ins after their accounts have been stolen.

After the appeal function is launched, if the appealed CFer satisfies the conditions for judging stolen accounts and conforms to the official judgment data model, the account of the CFer will be unblocked.
For example, a CFer who has been banned and punished for not opening the plug-in himself after being hacked just needs to follow the WeChat public account [Tencent Game Security Center], click [Self-Service], and then select [Stolen Service] to fill in the information and appeal by himself.
At present, the level of daily stolen complaints has dropped by 60% as a whole, and the overall stolen complaint function is running smoothly. It should be noted that the theft appeal function is currently only available for players who have been banned after January 1, 2020, and the appeal time range will be gradually opened in the future.
