According to the latest report, Facebook parent Meta said in a statement on Monday that it will begin testing a commercial tool for selling digital assets on its virtual reality (VR) social platform Horizon Worlds. Horizon Worlds is a key component of Meta’s building metaverse.

Moreover, Meta says the tools will first be available to select users accessing its immersive platform via a VR headset, allowing them to sell virtual fashion accessories or offer other users paid access to parts of the digital world.
Furthermore, Meta is also testing a “Creator Rewards” program for selected users of Horizon Worlds in the US. Through the program, it will pay participants for achieving goals, such as adopting new tools or new features introduced by the company.
