Samsung is considering introducing a manufacturer-certified recycling parts program for mobile device repairs in the first half of this year, hoping to reduce the burden on consumers and the negative impact on the environment by using recycled materials.
Moreover, Samsung Electronics has been promoting the use of recycled materials since the announcement in August 2021: Earth’s Galaxy Project: Some parts of the Galaxy S22, released in February, and the new Galaxy Book 2 Pro series of notebooks, released in April, use recycled plastic material from old fishing nets.
