Apple’s new iPhone SE 3 5G exclusively assembled by Pegatron

According to the latest report, it is well known that Foxconn, Apple’s main contract manufacturer, is the main contract manufacturer of Apple’s iPhone. Most of the iPhones are also assembled by Foxconn.

Before the launch of the iPhone 13 series, it was reported that Foxconn will assemble all of the iPhone 13 Pro Max, 68% of the iPhone 13, and nearly 60% of the iPhone 13 Pro.

However, the latest reports from sources show that Foxconn, the main iPhone OEM, has not been able to manufacture the third-generation iPhone SE newly launched by Apple last month.

Judging from the report, the 5G-enabled iPhone SE launched by Apple in the early morning of March 9 was exclusively assembled by the foundry Pegatron, and some factories of Pegatron were temporarily closed due to the epidemic.

The sources also stated in the report that although some of Pegatron’s factories are temporarily closed, due to weak demand, there is no problem with the supply of iPhone SE, and there is still stock available in the domestic market.

Judging from previous reports, the assembly of the iPhone SE is not the first time that Pegatron has manufactured iPhones for Apple. As one of Apple’s suppliers, Pegatron started to manufacture Apple’s products many years ago.

Before the launch of the iPhone 13 series, there were reports that Pegatron would assemble the entire iPhone 13mini, as well as 32% of the iPhone 13.
