HP’s foldable laptop is rumored to feature a 4K flexible display that can unfold from 11 inches to 17 inches, likely using the bendable OLED panel LG showed off at the CES expo earlier this year.
Moreover, SK IE Technology expects to produce about 10,000 thin films; LG Display plans to produce thousands or as many as about 10,000 foldable OLED panels starting in the third quarter.
In 2020, Lenovo released the ThinkPad X1 Fold folding screen notebook, provided with a 13.3-inch touch folding screen, 1535 × 2048 resolution, 4:3 2K OLED screen. This screen also comes from LG Display.
