According to the latest report, the new EQS pure electric SUV under the Mercedes-EQ brand made its world premiere. This is also the third model of the Mercedes-EQ brand that is being developed based on the EVA pure electric platform and the first SUV model.

The new EQS pure electric SUV adopts the EQ family design concept, transplanting the new EQS bow body design to the SUV model, with the “Dark Night Star Array” closed grille and the “Ring of Time and Space” daytime travel car lights.
Inside the car, the new EQS pure electric SUV adopts a digital cockpit design, with a 1.41-meter MBUX super-connected screen as the core of the interior, offering 7 interior color schemes.
In terms of seats, the Electric Art Style package is equipped with piping crafted seats, while the AMG Style Package models offer SUV sports seats with individual headrests. Luxury headrests are standard on the seats on both sides of the second row.
The door trim panels are made of a variety of materials, and the center armrest and door armrests can be inlaid with open-pore ash wood trim with several aluminum three-pointed star emblems.
In terms of power, the new EQS pure electric SUV is equipped with a rear axle motor as standard, and the dual-motor model is equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motors at the front and rear, providing a maximum output power of 400 kilowatts, peak torque of 858 Nm, and a cruising range of 660 kilometers under WLTP conditions.
In terms of space, the new EQS pure electric SUV has a length of more than 5 meters and a wheelbase of more than 3 meters. For this purpose, the seat comes standard with the EASY-ENTRY system.
Moreover, the new EQS pure electric SUV is the first model of the Mercedes-Benz brand to be equipped with the Dolby Atmos system. According to Mercedes-Benz, the system can create a multi-dimensional sound field covering 360 degrees compared to traditional stereo left and right channels.
