Regarding the naming of NVIDIA’s new generation of graphics cards, the revealer said that we can call it RTX 4090 for the time being, and it will use the latest 24Gbps video memory.

Moreover, the current RTX 3090 Ti uses 21Gbps GDDR6X video memory. The RTX 4090 in the second half of the year is likely to use a single-particle 2GB 24Gbps GDDR6X memory.

A few days ago, Micron stated in a press release that “according to the GDDR6X performance roadmap, its speed can reach up to 24Gb/s, which is widely applicable to various data-intensive applications in the future”, which also confirmed the revelation.

Furthermore, Nvidia released the RTX 3090 graphics card in September 2020 and went on sale on September 24. If nothing else, Nvidia’s next-generation 4090 graphics card will be released before the end of September this year.
