According to the latest report, ASUS released two RX 6400 graphics cards, the models are Dual Radeon RX 6400 and Phoenix Radeon RX 6400.

The Dual model reportedly uses two Axial-tech fans, supports 0db technology, and completely stops the fans below 52° C for quiet, efficient cooling. The Phoenix model has a single-fan design and no RGB lighting.
Moreover, AMD Radeon RX 6400 is an entry-level desktop graphics card, using 6nm process technology, RDNA2 architecture, equipped with 768 stream processors, 4GB 64bit GDDR6 video memory.
It has a 16 MB AMD Infinity Cache, a base frequency of 2039 MHz, an acceleration frequency of 2321 MHz, and a TDP is only 53W. At present, the ASUS RX 6400 Phoenix model is now available on JD.com, priced at USD 209.
