Under the new BIOS, MSI X570 GODLIKE motherboards and other high-end motherboards with external clock generators will reportedly be able to provide the R7 5800X3D with BCLK overclocking, commonly known as overclocking.

Moreover, the sources said that MSI provided it with a screenshot of the R7 5800X3D BCLK overclocked to 107 MHz and ran Cinebench R23. After overclocking, the R7 5800X3D improved by 5% in the multi-threaded test and 7% in the single-threaded test. It should be pointed out that BCLK overclocking will affect the stability of PCIe and M.2 devices.
