First public beta version of iOS 16 may be released in July 2022
For the upcoming WWDC developer conference in June, Apple will not let everyone’s pigeons, which means that iOS 16 will be unveiled normally at that time, and the corresponding work is also in progress.
According to the latest news from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the first public beta version of iOS 16 will be released in July this year, a little later than the usual time frame. The first public beta will run concurrently with the third developer beta.

Typically, Apple releases the first public beta of iOS when it releases the second developer beta. So, if the news is true, we can speculate that the first public beta of iOS 16 will arrive a few weeks later than usual.
Moreover, Mark Gurman suggested that the iOS 16 public beta may be behind schedule, and the internal seeds are currently buggy. However, these are just speculations at the moment, and if things go well, Apple may release the public beta on time. So be sure to treat these messages with caution, as the final decision rests with Apple.
