Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra most popular smartphone in US: Report

Samsung is one of the top smartphone brands which offers several smartphones in every price segment with impressive features and design. In the US, most peoples use Samsung and Apple smartphones. After recently surveying over 23,000 Americans, a report has been created which is not surprising as these two brands of smartphones are highly sold.

According to the report of ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) for the year 2022, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is in the top position with a score of 86. There is no doubt as to why American users would have chosen this smartphone, as it comes with pro features and users are well aware of it.

Moreover, LG Aristo 3 is the second-best smartphone in the US, as per the consumers. With the 82 scores for iPhone 11 Pro Max, Apple is in the third spot. After these three top places, Samsung again comes in the line with its two S series Flagship smartphones that are Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S20, both get 82 scores.

We can’t forget to mention the Google Pixel 2 smartphone, which was launched in 2019 but is still loved by the users as it has been found in the 10 best smartphones list. Even in 2021, Samsung maintained its position at the top with the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, Galaxy S10 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Plus smartphones.
