Samsung released May 2022 security patch for these US Galaxy phones

Samsung is continuously rolling out the latest security update package for the Galaxy devices. Day by day, Samsung is expanding the availability of the May 2022 security update package in several smartphone markets, globally, including but not limited to the US.

The latest May 2022 One UI security update fixes dozens of vulnerabilities and exploits in order to enhance system stability. Samsung claims that this new security patch has fixes for 7 Critical, 23 High, and 3 Moderate levels of CVEs for better device performance.

All the Samsung flagships and mid-range Galaxy devices are eligible for at least 4 years of regular security updates, however, some of the most recent models support five years of security patches. It’s also worth noting that the company followed the Monthly, Quarterly, and Biannual security update rollout plan.
