Xiaomi plans to launch two new budget phones from Redmi and POCO

Xiaomi is one of the leading companies in China and is renowned for its variety of smartphones and consumer electronics. According to the information, Xiaomi is about to release two new budget smartphones in the global and Indian markets.

Recently, these 2 budget phones from POCO and Redmi leaked were spotted in the IMEI Database. The IMEI database shows the market information.

According to the information, these 2 devices will come with MIUI 13 based on Android 12 and it is rather possible that they will be the same device, with regional differences. Codenames for these devices will be rock and stone.

With the IMEI leak, the 22071219AI model number will be the Redmi device. The “I” in the model number indicates India. And the 22071219CG and 22071219CI model numbers will be the POCO device. The “G” in the model number indicates the Global market and the “I” in the model number indicates the Indian market.

Moreover, both devices will be released into the Indian market. The release date for these 2 new budget phones is expected to be between July and August 2022. Besides this, the IMEI report doesn’t unveil any of the details on its pecs or launch. We may get to know more in the coming days or weeks.
