Apple AirPods use Bluetooth technology to connect to your iPhone and other home technologies such as tablets, laptops, Smart TVs and wearable. This feature allows you to share audio with other AirPods. But it will be only paired when you have iPhone 8 or later Apple smartphones.
Steps:
- Open the charging case lid and hold the pairing button on the back of your Airpods until the light starts to flash white.
- Keep the pair close to the iPhone you want to connect with
- Tap the pop-up menu confirming that you want to pair the AirPods to your iPhone
- Repeat the same method to connect a second pair of AirPods with your iPhone.
- At this moment, when you will start playing music, you will hear it through only one pair of AirPods
- Now tap the AirPlay button on your iPhone and select the second pair of AirPods that you connected.
