Samsung One UI 4.1: How to enable find my mobile feature

When it comes to privacy, Samsung left no chance to protect our device’s data. Now, Samsung can protect our devices too. Yes, it can. With Samsung’s Find My Mobile feature.

Samsung offers the Find My Mobile feature, absolutely free. This feature gets accessed on your smartphone through your Samsung account and permits you to find, backup, and clear data on your smartphone.

Samsung Find My Mobile feature uses location information from Google, to identify where a smartphone might have mistakenly left anywhere or got stolen.  By following the below-mentioned steps you can save your smartphone from any serious situation.

Steps:

  1. Open settings menu
  2. Tap biometrics and security
  3. Click on the Find My Mobile option and push the slider toward the right to enable it
  4. Enter your Samsung account details, or you can easily create an account if you don’t have one

After activating this feature, visit the Find My Mobile service on any web browser to locate your Samsung smartphone. You need to log in to your Samsung account. Now, a list will appear of Samsung devices for which you have activated Find My Mobile. After finding your device location, it will be indicated on the map.

This feature will only work and track your device when your lost device is turned on and connected to a network.
