Google rolled out Android 13 Beta 4.1 update to Pixel devices

Less than two weeks after pushing Android 13 Beta 4.0, Google today pushed Android 13 Beta 4.1. Since Google is about to push the stable version of Android 13, there are no major changes in the beta version pushed this time, mainly to fix bugs and make the finishing touches before the stable version.

Specifically, this version system fixes the following issues:

  • Fixed an issue that prevented an application from enabling or disabling Bluetooth if the application did not have the “BLUETOOTH_CONNECT” permission, even though the application was targeting a lower API level that did not require the permission.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the device to crash and restart when connected to certain WiFi networks.
  • Fixed an issue where Google Meet connectivity could drop while driving.
  • Fixed an issue where the system could misinterpret GPS data.

Moreover, the version number of Android 13 Beta 4.1 is TPB4.220624.008, and the previous version is TPB4.220624.005. You can look for the update in the settings, or download it manually by clicking the link below:
