Consumers can identify the Samsung August 2022 security update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra via PDA build versions: S901BXXU2AVG6, S906BXXU2AVG6, and S908BXXU2AVG6, respectively. So if you are in Europe, it’s the right time to get a new firmware update ahead of the One UI 5 Beta.
Google is still striving to launch the Public version of the Android 13 operating system for Pixel devices, and had recently pushed an incremental patch with version Beta 4.1. It is causing Samsung in starting the One UI 5 Beta program for the Galaxy devices.
On the other hand, Samsung is killing it with rapid software update deployment for the Galaxy devices as the Galaxy S22 series again started getting the world’s latest security patch ahead of Pixel devices that created by the Android OS maker.
If you want to check for the update manually, just head to your phone’s System Settings, scroll down and tap the Software updates tab. Once done, you will see a button entitled Download and install, simply press it to let your phone connect with the Samsung server and fetch a new firmware.
