Apple online store such as Apple USA are being updated
Apple’s online store is currently being updated in some countries/regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, etc. The official Apple Store says, “Be right back. We’re making updates to the Apple Store. Check back soon.”

It’s unclear if this change is related to scheduled maintenance, new product launches, new promotional offers, changes to Apple’s online store design or functionality, etc.
The Apple Online Store, which was briefly closed on the last day of June, was back online with a new promotion in the U.S. that included a $50 Apple gift card with any new Apple TV purchase through July 14. Given that Apple’s online store is under maintenance again on the last day of July, it’s possible that new promotions will be available in some countries.
