Check the list of Samsung phones won’t get Android 13 upgrade

Google finally confirmed that the next update will be the stable Android 13 update while Samsung is likely to start the One UI 5 Beta activity for Galaxy phones by the third week of July. Various Galaxy phones and tablets are eligible to receive Android 13, however, we’ve compiled a list of Samsung devices that won’t get this major upgrade.

Samsung offers up to four generations of major Android upgrades to flagship Galaxy phones and tablets launched in/after 2021. Meanwhile, older flagship Galaxies such as the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 series were compatible with two OS upgrades at the time of launch.

Starting with the Android 10-based One UI 2.x, Samsung delivered the Android 11-based One UI 3.x and the Android 12-based One UI 4.x upgrades to the Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10 5G smartphones.

  • Galaxy Note 10+ 5G
  • Galaxy S10
  • Galaxy S10e
  • Galaxy S10+
  • Galaxy S10 5G
  • Galaxy Fold

While the Galaxy Note 10 and S10 lineups are not eligible to get any more major firmware, owners have to use their devices on the Android 12 OS. Meanwhile, Samsung will provide two more years of regular security updates to all of these devices following its February 2019’s promise.
