ADATA released new Industrial-Grade High-Endurance PCIe 4.0 SSD with 3000 P/E cycles

According to the latest report, ADATA has launched its first industrial-grade PCIe Gen4 x4 M.2 2280 solid-state IM2P41B8, focusing on the durability and security required for industrial-grade applications.

The ADATA IM2P41B8 M.2 2280 is equipped with WDC’s 112-layer 3D TLC flash memory, with a maximum capacity of 4TB, random read and write speeds of up to 220,000/175,000 IOPS, and sequential read and write speeds of up to 7000/6500 MB/s. What’s more, this series of SSDs have a 3K P/E cycle rating for outstanding durability.

According to officials, the new generation of PCIe 4.0 industrial-grade SSD supports LDPC ECC error correction mechanism, RAID Engine, and End-to-end Data Path Protection technology, which can effectively improve the accuracy and integrity of data transmission.
