How to disable automatic app updates on Google Play Store?
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Then tab profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Once you’ve done that, a pop-up menu will appear then tab to Settings.
- And then Network Preferences.
- After you tap on that section of the Settings, you’ll see the ‘Auto-update apps’ menu.
- Right under that name, hit ‘Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only.
- A small pop-up menu will appear, giving you the option to automatically update apps over Wi-Fi only, on any network, or to disable automatic app updates.
