The ROG Phone 6D is the first gaming phone from ASUS to be equipped with a MediaTek processor, and the new phone uses the Dimensity 9000+ processor. ASUS said this is meant to provide better options to users, but the new machine will not be available in the North American market.
The new ROG Phone 6D primarily uses the Dimensity 9000+ processor, which uses the GameCool 6 CPU cooling solution from ASUS. Also, the phone 6D Ultimate has an additional function, the Aeroactive Portal, which can be combined with Aeroactive fans for better cooling.

It is worth mentioning that the accessories for the ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro are also compatible with the new 6D and 6D Ultimate.
The new machine is also equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and UFS 3.1 SSD storage. The 6D Ultimate doesn’t offer the 6 Pro’s 18GB of memory. Asus reports that “LPDDR5X has a maximum capacity of 16GB”.
Another change in the ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate is the GPU. The previous model used Qualcomm Adreno 730, and the new phone will use the ARM Mali-G710 GPU.
The camera part remains the same, with the rear main camera being a 50-megapixel 1/1.56″ sensor with 1.0μm pixels and an f/1.9 lens, complemented by a 13-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera and 5. -megapixel macro camera. The selfie camera is a 12-megapixel sensor.

The ROG Phone 6 Batman Edition will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor in the North American market and the Dimensity 9000+ processor in other markets, which is identical to the ROG Phone 6/6D except for the design changes.
