You may disable full-screen notifications from alarms and phone calls with Android 14
Google recently released the first public beta of the Android 14 OS. The company is bringing many new features with the new version of Android including the ability to control full-screen notifications.
A new notification management option has been spotted in Android 14. This new feature will allow you to stop full-screen notifications from apps like alarms and phone calls, thanks to Mishaal Rahman.

After activating the feature, it will turn full-screen alerts into standard Android notifications. You can see the attached screenshot below, posted by Mishaal on Twitter.
You can only disable the full-screen notification at the time of app installation. This feature is currently only available for beta users.
To check it on your device, go to device Settings > Apps > Special app access > Manage full screen intents. From there, you can select an app and stop that from displaying full-screen notifications
