Samsung May 2023 security update rolling out for Galaxy S23

Samsung started rolling out the May 2023 Android security update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 +, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones. Notably, the Korean tech giant has also renewed its software update information webpage with the details of the latest May 2023 security patch for Galaxy devices.

According to the information, the Galaxy A10e smartphones become the first to collect this May 2023 security update and now the company has continued the rollout process of the latest months software with the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Also, there are various models that are in the queue to collect the latest patch.

The April 2023 firmware update for Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra has arrived with One UI build version S911BXXS 1AWD1, S916BXXS1AWD1, and S918BXXS1AWD1. Simultaneously, it carries a download package of 344.57MB.

Moving on to the details, the update didn’t mention any new elements for your recently launched lineup, but it will surely enhance the security of the system and make it more safe and more secure with the most recent security protocols. In addition, the update will also bring fixes for over 50 CVEs and 21 SVEs items from Google and Samsung.
