What is Samsung One UI 6 Screen Curtain feature? How to use it
Samsung One UI 6 packs a useful feature called Screen Curtain that enables you to turn off only the screen while running an app, as per requirements. On the flip side, the respective capability will help in saving battery consumption as well as reducing heat generation.
Notably, the Screen Curtain feature is not supportive at times of phone calls or playing games. Meanwhile, the feature is available in the One UI 6 beta builds. Thus, if you face any problems on this matter then you can put forth your point on the Samsung Members app.
How to use the Samsung One UI 6 Screen Curtain feature?
- Install Good Guardians and select Battery Guardian.
- Select Add to Quick settings window from the screen curtain menu.
- If you only want to turn off the screen while running the app, try running the screen curtain added to the quick settings window.
- As a result, the information about the currently running app will briefly appear and the display remains in a low-power state.
- To close the Screen Curtain, touch the screen twice or press the power key.
