Eventually, pinned sites allow you to always keep your prominent websites just a click away from you. They appear small without taking much space on the taskbar and can’t be closed accidentally.
How to use ‘pin a website’ feature on Windows 11?
It is easy to pin your favorite website on the taskbar. All you need is a reliable browser, say Google Chrome, and follow these steps:
- Open Chrome on your PC
- Go to a website that you want to pin on the taskbar
- Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner
- Choose the More options
- Select the Create Shortcut tab > tick the box next to Open as Window and click on Create.
And it’s done! The shortcut for your chosen website will appear automatically on the taskbar.
