Apple has recently seeded the iOS 17.2 beta for developers which brings an all-new Translate feature for Action Button in iPhone 15 Pro models. Eventually, this addition will help users translate dialects without going through several third-party apps.
How to use the Action Button Translate tool on Apple iPhone 15 Pro?
Initially, you need to set the Action Button on the Translate option. To do so:
- Open Settings app
- Scroll down to Action Button
- Swipe through until you get to the Translate feature
Once done, pressing and holding causes the iPhone to pop up a Translate window that listens for spoken text. Thereafter, it can translate from one set language to another, using the languages that you have previously set up in the Translate app.
Notably, the latest feature supports Chinese, English, Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
