Google has served a prominent feature to its Pixel phones with the recent Android 14 QPR1 Beta – Battery Cycle Count, which enable users to know the battery health of their device. As the name suggests, it is the number of times the phone has been fully charged and discharged.
Note that this capability doesn’t reveal statistics about the battery’s health or maximum capacity. Although, it will tell how the phone’s battery is going on throughout the day. Besides, you will find the count of charge cycles and the manufacturing date of the battery.
How to enable battery cycle count on your Google Pixel phone?
- Visit the Settings app
- Swipe up and select About Phone
- Tap on Battery Information
Also, you must be running the latest Android version on your Pixel handset to access this feature.
