WhatsApp is working on a new AI Chatbot feature that will aim to respond to users’ queries with messages generated by AI. The new functionality is under development and appeared in the Google Play Beta Program for Android with the 2.23.23.8 beta version.
In the race of AI where everyone is running behind major techs and features, WhatsApp is joining this content with a new AI chatbot feature. Currently, the tech giant has only assisted some users with a message saying:
“We will respond to you in a WhatsApp chat, some messages may be generated by AI using a secure service from Meta.”
How it is useful?
The under-the-hood feature already promises to improve app support by offering more relevant and helpful responses to queries in the future. It is also expected to improve user interactions, minimize response times, and ensure a more efficient support experience by benefiting both WhatsApp users and customer service.
