Apple iOS 17 upgrade comes with incredible features and one of them is the FaceTime video reactions. As the name reflects, it lets you perform or hold a gesture while being in the camera view. In simple words, it creates a special effect behind your image while being on video calls.
Consequently, the list of visual effects includes speech bubbles with thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons, floating balloons, confetti, and stormy rain patterns. Perhaps, you can trigger them using hand gestures to express yourself more lively.
But sometimes, these effects could make you stand at an embarrassing point by suddenly appearing on the screen. So let’s learn how you can disable them:
How to turn off Apple FaceTime Video Reactions?
- Open FaceTime.
- Go to Control Center and swipe up from the bottom for Touch ID models.
- Tap Effects, which will have a camera icon and show the word Reactions.
- Tap Reations.
