Tesla EV models are full of surprising features and one of them is the Sentry Mode Loudspeaker. You might have heard about the cameras that look after your car and notify you about potential threats, thefts, or other risk factors via the mobile app. But are you aware of the warning speaker?
Yes, your Tesla car and its Sentry Mode have a pedestrian warning speaker that lets you alert people when they are leaning on your car. Just speak into your phone and warn any person in real time to get away from your vehicle through the loudspeaker.
How to enable Sentry Mode Loudspeaker in Tesla EV?
- Go to the Controls section
- Select the Safety tab
- Click on the Sentry Mode
- Turn on the toggle
- Once enabled, the feature icon will appear in a red shade
- Here you will also find options for camera and speakers
Users can also set the Sentry Mode to activate automatically when the vehicle is parked, using the Tesla Mobile app. On the other hand, voice commands like Keep Tesla Safe, Keep my car safe, Sentry on, and Enable Sentry can also help in activating the feature.
