What is Instagram auto-reply feature? How it helps in saving your time
Instagram has a special feature in the form of auto-reply that lets your app respond automatically to certain chats and messages. However, to use and access this capability, you must have a Business account as it is not available for personal accounts.
The feature is helpful at times when you want to send the same messages to different persons. It won’t generate auto-responses but will free you from the job where you continue to type the same sentences for several people again and again.
How to use Instagram auto-reply (quick response) feature?
Users can create a one-to-two-word sentence to create a shortcut for a longer response. To do this:
- Click Business in the app’s settings
- Select Quick Replies or click the three-dot chat bubble icon and then click “New Quick Reply”.
- After adding a shortcut, you can type the shortcut term into the text field to auto-generate the message and send it directly.
