Google Chromebook has a special feature called Phone Hub which lets users connect their laptop with an Android handset. Eventually, this action enables you to check your phone notifications, find open tabs, stream applications from your phone, as well as browse Chrome on your laptop.

How to set up Phone Hub on your Google Chromebook and Android device?

  • Go to the Settings app on the Chromebook
  • Select the Connected Devices section
  • Besides the Android phone, tap on the Set up button
  • Hit the Accept & Continue tab
  • Enter your Google account password
  • Follow the on-screen prompts and hit the Done tab
