Android 14 is full of mesmerizing features over the previous upgrade and one of the best examples is Flash Notifications capability. By the name, your handset running on the latest Android version will light up the screen or the camera, as soon as it receives a notification.
Notably, this feature offers a clue of when an alert arrives or the alarm sounds. There are 12 color schemes for screen flashing. Meanwhile, the camera has a transparent shade that fills your screen when a notification occurs and blinks twice when it is sent through.
How to enable flash notifications capability on Android 14 devices?
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down and select the Accessibility section
- Click on Flash Notifications
- Turn on the toggle of Camera or Screen flash
- Hit the Preview tab to check the flash color
Note that when enabled, the camera, screen, or both will continue to flash until you take action. You can also activate this setting via the Notifications section.
